InstantGPU Service-Specific Terms

Effective date: [September, 2026]
Last updated: [September, 2026]

A. GPU Cloud Terms

● You receive dedicated access to a GPU instance sourced from one of our infrastructure providers for the duration of your session.

● Billing is per hour, rounded up to the nearest [minute/hour], from instance start until you terminate it or it is stopped due to non-payment.

● If the underlying provider's capacity becomes unavailable, we may automatically migrate your instance to an equivalent GPU on another provider, as described in our Service Level Agreement. This may involve a brief interruption.

●You are responsible for backing up data on ephemeral storage; we do not guarantee persistence of local instance storage across migrations unless you use persistent volumes.

B. Serverless Terms

● You deploy functions or containers that execute on demand; billing is per second of active execution time.

● Cold-start latency varies by GPU class and is not covered by uptime SLA commitments unless otherwise stated.

● We may enforce reasonable concurrency and rate limits to ensure platform stability.

C. Public Endpoint / Model API Terms

● Endpoints are billed per call, per token, or per unit of output as described on our Pricing page for the relevant modality (image, video, audio, language, embeddings).

● You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of any model output complies with applicable law and the underlying model provider’s usage policies, where applicable.

● We may rate-limit or throttle Public Endpoint usage to maintain service quality for all users.
