This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of the InstantGPU Service. Violating this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
Prohibited Content & Activities
You may not use the Service to:
- Generate, store, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors
- Develop or deploy malware, ransomware, or tools designed to gain unauthorized access to systems
- Conduct attacks against third-party systems (e.g., DDoS, unauthorized penetration testing) without explicit written authorization from the target
- Violate intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others
- Generate content that facilitates fraud, harassment, or violent extremism
- Mine cryptocurrency in violation of your plan’s terms, or engage in activity designed to circumvent our usage-based billing
- Violate applicable export control, sanctions, or dual-use technology laws (see Terms of Service, Section 7)
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense access to the Service without authorization
AI & GPU Compute Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the models you train or run, the data you use, and the outputs you generate on the Service.
InstantGPU does not review or monitor Customer Content by default and disclaims responsibility for the legality or accuracy of models or outputs you produce.
You must not use the Service to train or deploy models for purposes prohibited under Section 1.
Resource Usage
- You must not attempt to circumvent resource limits, rate limits, or billing mechanisms.
- Excessive or abusive resource consumption that degrades service for other customers may result in throttling or suspension.
Reporting Violations
To report suspected violations of this AUP, contact [[email protected]]. We investigate reports and reserve the right to suspend access pending investigation.
Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access for AUP violations at our discretion, with or without notice depending on severity.
